I have had on/off hip and lower back problems for years—using a designated knee pillow when sleeping has helped this tremendously! I like Rylera because of the colored material, the shape, the hole in the center (so much easier to grab and reposition when groggy in the middle of night!) and the strap (which I don’t use very often, but it doesn’t get in the way if not using, and it’s nice to have it when I want it). Highly recommend a knee pillow (and Rylera in particular if you want all these features) if you’re a side sleeper with hip or back issues.
