All orders from Rylera Store are dispatched ASAP. We offer a range of shipping options to cater to your needs, whether you are in the United States or other countries. We aim to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure your package arrives safely and in a timely manner.
Order Fulfillment
All orders take between 6-15 business days to be fulfilled. All products will have a tracking number provided.
Returns
Our Returns Policy time frame is 60 days from when an order arrives at your address. You are welcome to return an item from your order if it’s not quite right for you, as long as the item is still in its original condition. Please note that we do not currently have an exchange system in place. The buyer is responsible for returning the product/s to us for assessment, repair or exchange. Please note that original priority shipping fees are non-refundable.

Additional Note: All returns will be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense, including customs fees.
When you’re shipping your items back to us, the best idea is to choose a mailing option that gives you the option to track the package, as well as one that offers you compensation for loss of or damage to your parcel. If the package doesn’t reach us, we won’t be able to process your return, so it’s important that you make sure it stays safe in transit. Please wrap your package carefully so it doesn’t get damaged in the returns process, as we won’t be able to exchange or refund damaged products.
